Given that the WTO is based on consensus, it is extremely difficult to reach agreement on reforms among the 164 members. One possibility that could move forward could be a multi-lateral agreement with a group of like-minded countries on a new set of rules that would complement the broader WTO. The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the only international organization in the world to deal with the rules of trade between nations. The focus is on WTO agreements, which have been negotiated and signed by most countries in the world and ratified by their parliaments. The alliance and its partners in the Afghan security mission, known as the “Resolved,” would reduce their military presence in the country in recognition of the new agreement. Currently, there are 17,000 soldiers from 39 countries each time they have violated the agreement, they have never laid down their arms and have not put an end to the violence. After nearly a year of negotiations, the United States signed a peace agreement with the Taliban (the Afghan government is not a signatory). India participated in the signing ceremony in Doha and was represented by the Ambassador to Qatar. The threat of the changing geopolitical landscape will inevitably increase in the coming days and India should therefore be prepared for the challenge. The following table lists the WTO ministerial conferences after the Doha Round: “The requirement for compulsory domestic licensing has been lifted and least developed countries and countries that do not have sufficient production capacity have been allowed to use compulsory licences for the importation of drugs for HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis and other epidemics by third parties. One of the priorities of the Doha Round has been to put the development of developing and less developed countries at the centre of trade negotiations.

The special and differentiated treatment of developing countries has been at the heart of the Doha development agenda. From the beginning of the Silk Road, to the creation of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) and the creation of the WTO, trade has played an important role in supporting economic development and promoting peaceful relations between nations. Think about the question “What is the impact of Doha Acord on India`s security architecture?” Pakistan has been accused of giving refugees to some of these sanctioned persons, and this is one of the reasons why Pakistan had an average reduction of industrial products on the FATF grey list (terrorist support); Non-tariff measures commitments Note: Trade facilitation is an important complement to the overall negotiations as an aid to reducing corruption in customs procedures The first Ministerial Conference (MC1) was held in Singapore in 1996 and the last (MC11) was held in Buenos Aires in 2017. All these MCs have developed the dominant global trading system. The Doha Round has led to negotiations on the following main themes: 4.Lifting sanctions: UN sanctions against Taliban officials are expected to be lifted by three months by 29 May (until 29 May) and US sanctions until 27 August. This allowed President Trump to deliver on his election promise to pull the United States out of “endless wars.” In order to achieve comprehensive reforms of the international trading system and the trade prospects of developing countries, the Doha Round was launched in 2001 by the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Doha, Qatar. This is the latest round of trade negotiations between WTO members and is also known as the Doha Development Agenda. The WTO has 164 members (including the European Union) and 23 observational governments (such as Iran, Iraq, Bhutan, Libya, etc.). The Doha Round negotiations have stalled as the participating countries have failed to reach a consensus on trade negotiations, with wide differences between developed and developing countries.
